No Refund Circumstances

  • Misunderstanding of features that were available during the trial
  • Issues caused by third-party services or your own technical setup

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Severe technical issues that prevent service access entirely and cannot be resolved
